Parking at The Ocean Guesthouse
Weymouth is a seaside resort and parking is limited like most seaside towns. The Property has 3 parking passes for Zone F parking, parking is allocated on length of stay and is at the managers discretion. Permits will be allocated for 2 night stays or more.

During peak season £50 holding deposit will be required for use of a parking permits and will be refunded upon departure and return of the permit. Peak season is from July- September.

We request that you contact us by phone an hour prior to arrival as we are a guesthouse and not a hotel and some of our duties take us away from the guesthouse.

Cash is King
The Ocean Guesthouse is an independently run, small local business. To secure your booking, we ask for half of the payment upfront via bank transfer (BACS) — please include your room number and last name as the reference. The remaining balance can then be paid in cash on arrival, which we really appreciate as a small local business.
If you are traveling from abroad, a complete payment of your booking will be required to secure your booking.

How do i connect to the Wi-Fi
– To Connect to the Wi-Fi each room has a scannable QR code for you to instantly connect to our network without having to enter long passwords.
Do You Accept Children or Pets?
– No, we do not accept anyone under the age of 18 years old, neither do we allow pets of any kind.
What time is Breakfast?
Breakfast is available from 8:15am – 9:15am in the summer | 8:30am – 9:30am in the winter
Are communal areas accessible all the time?
No unfortunately not, The Dining Area, Bar and terrace will normally close off at 9pm Unless otherwise Organised or Event happening.
Can i drink my own alcohol in communal areas?
No, you cannot drink your own alcohol in communal areas as our licence does not cover alcohol brought in by a customer.

Breakfast — Optional Add-On, £10
Cooked breakfast is no longer included as standard with weekday bookings, and our room prices have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this. This applys from bookings made after the date of 1/08/26
A standard breakfast of cereals and toast is available, or for a Full English (sausage, bacon, mushrooms, hash brown, beans, fried egg, toast), it's £10 per person — just let us know on arrival. Extras are charged separately.
For weekend bookings, a cooked breakfast is included as standard.
